On the Day
Children will have lunch in school as normal. They will then depart at around 1:15pm for an afternoon rehearsal and stay at the venue until the performance on the evening. They will be supervised by school staff during this time. The concert is scheduled to start at 7pm, with an estimated finish time of 8.15pm.
Pupils must be collected from Dudley Town Hall at the end of the concert. There will be no return coach to school. For those collecting from the venue at the end of the concert and not watching, Dudley Performing Arts have advised to arrive at the Town Hall for 8.10pm. Dudley Town Hall staff will show you where to wait.
For the concert, children will be required to wear full school uniform.
Please can you provide your child with a packed tea. This will need to be brought in 1 disposable bag. Children will be asked to leave any book bags/lunch boxes at school as there is no room for storage of these items at the Town Hall. These can be brought home with them on Tuesday.
They may have 1 bottle of water for on stage for during the rehearsal slots and for the concert. This can be filled up at the Town Hall in between sessions.
Tickets
These continue to be on sale through Dudley Box Office (link http://boroughhalls.co.uk/dudley-performing-arts.html ) at £6 plus booking fee (£5 for concessions). Tickets may be available on the night at £8, however this event in the past has usually sold out in advance.
