KS2 - Alexandra Theatre Horrible Histories Barmy Britain!
KS2 travelled to Birmingham to watch one of their favourite TV shows on the stage.
Two very talented actors told almost the whole history of Great Britain. From the battle-ax of Boudicca to the body-snatching of Burke and Hare, via Elizabeth I's evil scheming and much more Barmy Britain gives history the Horrible treatment, with songs, jokes, and trademark gory bits in a show that will have the little (and big ones) chuckling for hours afterward!
The theatre performance was also fused with 3D Boggle vision - with the aid of 3D glasses, children saw cannon balls, aeroplanes and footballs leaping off the stage at us!
